Activation of the Whistleblowing Platform "SecureWhisper"

In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937 on whistleblowing, the digital platform "SecureWhisper" is now active for the confidential reporting of misconduct.
The platform is available to:

  • Employees
  • Collaborators
  • Suppliers
  • Consultants
  • Any individuals who have had a relationship with the organization
Reports may concern actions or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the organization, such as fraud, corruption, administrative irregularities, legal violations, or unethical conduct.

Whistleblower Protection
The system ensures maximum confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and of the information contained in the report, through the use of secure and encrypted channels. Protection against retaliation is also guaranteed, in accordance with applicable legislation.
